The Main Components of the Capsule Counting Machine

1. Chassis & Electrical System

The chassis mainly plays the role of supporting the vibrating magnetic block, vibrating trough, hopper, conveying track, etc. At the same time, an electrical power distribution system is installed in the box.

2. Conveying Track

It mainly conveys a steady stream of medicine bottles, which makes the unit work continuously. The conveying track can be adjusted in height to meet the needs of different bottle heights. The position of the fixing bolts of the two triangular supports under the track is mainly adjusted.

3. Speed Switch

There is a speed-adjustable switch installed on the inner right side of it. Customers can adjust the speed and start and stop the track according to different requirements. 

4. Emergency Stop Switch

There is an emergency stop knob switch on the outside of the track. During the operation of the equipment, if an unexpected failure occurs, the emergency stop knob can be pressed to make the equipment stop in time. 

5. Vibration Panel
